Our mental health recovery group explores strategies and coping mechanisms to help you on your journey to recovery from anxiety and depression.

Every first and third Friday of the month

10am – 10.30am (tea and talk)

10.30am – 11.30am (workshop & activity)

11.30am – 12.00pm (tea & talk)

12.00pm – Social time & refreshments available to purchase
