Victim First provides practical and emotional support to help victims and witnesses cope and recover from their ordeal. Victim First offers all victims the opportunity to engage in Restorative Justice. This always takes place in a safe environment, and enables victims to communicate with the offender to talk about the harm that has been caused and find a way to repair that harm.
Victim First no longer provide Pride Alarms. They do however offer a service called 24-7 Locks to increase the security of a property. 24-7 Locks can come out to make an assessment of a property and can provide security measures, such as, locks and alarms.
Victim First offers:
- Emotional support
- Information and advice
- Access to specialist support
- Restorative justice
- Mental health support
- Crime prevention measures
- Advocacy
